By downloading or using the mobile game "Runaway Toad" (the "App"), developed by Dancing Monkey ("we", "us", or "our"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

2. LICENSE TO USE THE APP
Dancing Monkey grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on an Android device that you own or control. 

3. GOOGLE SERVICES
The App utilizes Google Play Games Services and Google Cloud Storage. By using the App, you agree to comply with Google's respective Terms of Service regarding these integrations. 

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, game art, game mechanics, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Dancing Monkey. You may not copy, modify, extract the source code, translate, or make derivative versions of the App or any part of it.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS
You must not use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms, or act fraudulently or maliciously (e.g., by hacking into or inserting malicious code into the App).

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dancing Monkey provides the App "as is" and without any warranty. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of your use of or access to the App, including loss of profit or the like. 

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
